Registration for ICTC 3.0 is open until 31st October 2025
For iMTC 10.0 participants, the poster should include the following:
materials and/or technology
problem statement and research motivation
literature review (optional)
novelty of research and/or approach
research methodology, and
potential applications
For ICTC 3.0 participants, the poster must clearly explain the following:
Research problem and project motivation
Project background
Research approach
Physics concepts
Product potential
The poster must display three logos, namely MASS, iMTC 10.0 & ICTC 3.0, and UPM. Logos can be downloaded from the following link:

Poster format:
Orientation: Portrait
Size: A1 (594 × 841 mm)
For physical poster displays (final stage participation), the organizer will not provide poster stands. Participants must bring their own suitable equipment such as a board or poster stand for display purposes.
The cost of printing and poster stand preparation shall be borne by the participants.
Participants are encouraged to use their creativity in poster design to make it visually appealing and easy to understand while ensuring that all essential content is included.

Abstract submission is required for iMTC 10.0 participants only.
Abstract submission is open online until 1ˢᵗ August 2025
All abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the Google Form.
Abstract must be written in English or Bahasa Melayu.
The title must be clear, concise, and grammatically correct. Please avoid using abbreviations in the title.
It is the author’s responsibility to submit an abstract with correct spelling and grammar.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the committee. The review process is confidential, and the decision is final.
Late submissions will NOT be entertained.
